Why Galaxy Exists
Galaxy Accountancy Service was built on a simple idea: our team works together to support your business — not just to prepare accounts and submit tax returns.
We set out to help people build better businesses.
Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of self-employed individuals, sole traders and small businesses. Every business is different, but we noticed a common challenge.
Many business owners were not held back by a lack of ambition or opportunity.
They struggled because their financial information was disorganised.
Income was recorded inconsistently. Expenses were captured late. Receipts were misplaced. Important records were often reconstructed months after the event.
The result was unnecessary stress, missed opportunities and avoidable compliance challenges.
That experience shaped a principle that continues to guide our work today:

Meet the Galaxy Team
Omar Dida FCCA
Founder, FCCA, FFA, FIPA
Omar is the founder of Galaxy Accountancy Service and FlowFormTax, and a Fellow of the ACCA, a Fellow Financial Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
He works with self-employed people, sole traders and small businesses on accounts, tax and the wider decisions that shape a business, and leads the team's approach to Financial Order.
His focus is on making sure clients have information they can rely on, so decisions are made with clarity rather than guesswork.
Mohammed Hussein Ahmed
Trainee Accountant
Mohammed is an Accounting and Finance graduate from Queen Mary University of London. He supports clients with Self Assessment tax returns, bookkeeping, transaction reviews and day-to-day accounting matters.
He also assists with FlowFormTax onboarding, reviewing financial records and resolving routine queries. His careful approach helps ensure clients' records are accurate, complete and prepared in line with HMRC requirements.
As he works towards becoming an ACCA-qualified accountant, Mohammed continues to build his technical knowledge and practical experience.
